Please ensure your containers are presented at the boundary of your property by 7am on the day of collection. Any bins or boxes not emptied must be reported to the Council's Contact Centre by the end of the following working day. The Contact Centre can be reached either by phone on 01727 819285 or via email wastemanagementservices@stalbans.gov.uk

Diamond Jubilee Collection Schedule
As the Diamond Jubilee bank holiday is over two consecutive days, the refuse and recycling collections will be revised for the period of Monday 4th June - Friday 15th June (see table below). Normal collections will resume from Monday 18th June.
Therefore if you are due a collection on Monday 4th June, whether it is refuse or recycling, your collection will now take place on Wednesday 6th June. Likewise, if you are due a collection on Tuesday 5th June your collection will now take place on Thursday 7th June and so on.
