All the household refuse is taken to the waste transfer station at Garston where it is transferred into bulk containers for delivery to landfill in Bedfordshire.

Residents are expected to present their black wheeled bin at the boundary of their property on collection day by 7am and residents remaining on a refuse bag collection please make sure your bags are securely tied and at the boundary.

Please note all refuse must be inside your black wheeled bin, we will not take excess waste.

If you find after recycling that you have more refuse than will fit in the bin we can arrange for a Waste Management Officer to visit and advise.

If there are 6 or more permanent residents at your address you can apply for a large wheeled bin.

If you have children in disposable nappies which causes a capacity issue we may be able to offer assistance.
