No, the council does not provide a cleaning service; please look in Yellow Pages as there are local private companies who will provide the service e.g. http://www.wheeliebincleaners.com

Should you wish to wash your bin out, then please use washing up water and rainwater from your water butt to conserve water. A little added bicarbonate of soda will also help.
