Logistics of the new service

Will my collection day change?
What will I be able to put in each bin?
If I put rubbish in my green composting bin or if garden waste or kitchen waste is put in a carrier bag, say, prior to going into the green wheeled bin, will it be collected? Or is it classed as contaminated?
