This Council offers an assisted collection scheme for residents, who cannot get their bins to the boundary of their property; one of our collection crew will pick it up from an agreed collection point e.g. your doorstep. Any resident wishing to receive an assisted collection should ask for a Waste Management Officer to visit. N.B. Assisted collection will not be granted on grounds of age or disability alone, the Waste Management Officer will need to be satisfied that no-one in the house can physically place the bin on the boundary.
